A Senior Relationship Manager has primary sales and marketing responsibility for developing high levels of financing and fee business from the most sophisticated and valuable client and prospect base. The Senior Relationship Manager is expected to spend 40-50% of available time in customer development activity. By utilizing strong product and financial knowledge, the incumbent is comfortable consulting with key decision makers of middle market and large businesses in all aspects of financial service. The Senior Relationship Manager must demonstrate a proven ability to successfully book large or complex credit requests over a sustained period of time while accepting the Bank's acceptable risk and profitability criteria. Minimum 10 years experience in Business Banking. Prefer Bachelor's degree in business related field or equivalent work experience. Excellent understanding of products and services applicable to client group. Extensive knowledge of Business Banking credit policies and procedures, credit/financial statement analysis, loan structuring, cash flow analysis and accounting skills. Experienced with PC and Windows, Word, Excel and other applications. Excellent knowledge of bank operations. Proven sales and marketing skills with 'bottom line' responsibility. Must be able to work independently and with a team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to assess and satisfy client needs.
